NWCA Invasive Mapping System 2008

For the last 3 years, the NWCA mapping standards committee has worked on developing a state-wide mapping solution for all 93 counties in Nebraska. This mapping system creates a state-wide database is invasive species informaiton and maps them using ArcIMS from ESRI.

The NWCA is made up of Control Authorities and Weed Superintendents from 93 counties and associate members involved with noxious and invasive weed control in Nebraska. This website contains information on Nebraska's 8 Noxious Weeds and on other invasive plants on Nebraska's "watch list".
